BALLINLOUGH HOUSE

This project involved the complete re-design of the front and back garden of a suburban home in Cork City. The client requests included a new patio in the back garden that would facilitate social occasions, retain some lawn area for a recreation area for children and bring a focus on plants into the garden. In the front garden the driveway was to be extended.

The final design was all about plants, quality materials like Irish Limestone and bringing back the convenience and beauty of a striking entrance to the home.

No more walking around a car to get to the front door! The limestone pathway leads to the front door through a beautiful informal planting scheme with a stunning mature Japanese Maple at it’s centre.
